Dear sir plz intervene and remove pay anomaly of 3rd PRC in CIL w.r.t other PSUs like ONGC, BPCL, IOCL etc. Make the pay structure of CIL at par with other maharatna PSUs

Plz make our pay at par with other maharatna PSU. And also we are getting less from our sub ordinate non executive staff. Plz remove such pay anomaly.
