Sir, we can think out of the box, overcome all hurdles and achieve the most ambitious targets when we have best talent working with honesty & high motivation. The first thing that new recruits look for is Pay Scale. The hardships of coal mining should be compensated with the attractive pay scales at par with other Maharatna PSUs, if not more. Now the middle and junior CIL officials have hopes from only you. Your support at this crucial juncture will take us far beyond next 10 years.
