Pay scale of cil executives should be same as other maharatna company such as long, iocl extra..there should not be pay anomaly. Otherwise cil executives will be demoralized..

Equal maharatna status but different pay structure aming PSUs is dispiriting for CIL junior executives. We r seeking for intervention by the Minister and GoI in d matter and remove this anomaly.
