Nicole Murray-Ramierez has shown too many displays of Disrespect, Transphobia, Sexism, Racism, and a complete lack of regard for life and those who are grieving. This petition is to send to the Executive Council of the ICC, if they do not Remove Nicole then the Entire Executive Council and Heirs Apparent should be removed for No Confidence.
The momentum behind this push has become something the council can no longer ignore. It is exhausting work to keep fighting for accountability, but your persistence proves that we are right to demand better.

Nicole Myrray Ramirez made a promise when crowned that she would serve for 10 years. This February marks 15 years. The abuses, the ill-advised, hurtful, damaging, statements need to stop immediately, and the ICC Executive Council needs to step forward and hold her accountable as the figurehead of the organization bound to the same bylaws, policies and procedures of any other figurehead leader of an ICS affiliated organization. Set a positive example for the future, stop sending the signal that these behaviors are not only acceptable, but condoned by the ICC at large.

So much hate. She needs to leave and never return. She is the reason why everyone is leaving the court system. She failed at the job get someone in there that will do the system justice. Not this fake queen who thinks she is above everyone.

I am a past Monarch and I have seen and felt her disrespect firsthand. As I read her words over the Empress' passing I was mortified.

I've been on the receiving end of her bully tactics in the past, and gave her my two cents at the time. In doing so walked away from the Court until I could get as far away from her as I could, i.e. moved out of San Diego to rejoin the Court I began with.

Jose would be in horror of how nicole has turned this once great group into what it is today.

As leaders in the community, we misstep, we make mistakes. Nicole has been the titular head for 15 years. She has done many noble deeds throughout her involvement with the ICS. I commend her for that! However, I can no longer sit by and watch. I reluctantly sign this petition with a heavy heart. I thought she would step down on her 10th anniversary and she didn’t. The court system is made up of people that want to see our community succeed. It’s time for new leadership to step up.
