Y’all may not know this lady but she’s pure evil, i was a victim to her verbal and mental abuse she was actually the reason why I stopped going to public school. She doesn’t deserve to teach or to be around children and young adults

While I support due process for employees, I also know that we need to listen to and support students. If Macke can learn to be an antiracist teacher, she could provide a safe and supportive environment for students. She should not work with students unless she proves she has transformed her thinking and practice.

Mrs. Macke frequently made racist remarks to the entire class (majority of who were East Asian) as well as sexist comments directed at females students, including myself.

when I was her student she asked me in front of the class “where’s your father.” I am African American. She also spoke to me as if I was incompetent, and was very rude and never really tried to help or work with myself or the other African American students in my class.

This is the validation I needed as I have witnessed her lack of sympathy personally and violation of student privacy laws. She needed to go two years ago. And now it is revealed who she really is and how the school has covered up for her.

I pass as white even though my mother is black. I had Macke in 2002, and after she met my parents her entire attitude toward me changed, suddenly everything I did was a problem. She was teaching AP at the time and I was the only student who wasn't white or asian. Out and out racist.
