This petition is a call to remove Miami County Ohio Sheriff Charles Cox and Miami County Ohio Chief Deputy Dave Duchak from office and it is a call for a full investigation of the Miami County Sheriff's Office and the Miami County Prosecutor Tony Kendell by the Ohio Attorney General's Office.
This petition should be signed by those 18 years and older who are residents of Miami County, Ohio and are registered voters and who voted in the last gubernatorial election, which was November 2014.
