I have remained impartial for the most part in this case because of the backlash already seen, BUT I WILL say THIS, how in the world of judiciary system being a daughter of several lines of police enforcement and a daughter of an officer from 9/11 hoe is it even possible to allow a friend of the defense attorney to become liable for the jury of THIS trial and than the judge of the defendants to be a former classmate/ friend of his father who no less overturned the bail and allowed the accused to leave the state while accused at that time if murder also not just kidnapping! But than he cuts prosecution off during closing statements and THAN he is on air on tape, going out of his way to go shake HANDS with the DEFENDANT! Guilty or not this is unconstitutional!' Ps not to mention the family was ignored upon their several requests! I am all about legality but THIS is insane! You let them off because of a judge who should have recused himself than that means there is a huge threat to our neighbors and society! I'd hate to see this happen again.

The Elvis family deserves a fair trial within all areas of the court system. The judge presiding needs to recuse himself due to numerous lack of enforcement of orders and biased relationship with the defendant Sidney Moore.

This judge imo has multiple times given deference to the defense. It's disgusting and inappropriate to SHAKE THE DEFENDANT'S HAND after handing the case to the jury!! As well, it's inappropriate to YELL at the prosecutor during her closings, again - in FRONT OF THE JURY! He should be disciplined and OFF this case.

I believe the facts provided do prove that their is a bias by the appointed judge in the elvis case and he should be replaced by a judge that is impartial to both the prosecution and the defense.

It's embarrassing the way officials are handling this case. Tammy killed Amber Berbigloa too. She pretty much admitted it to me on her FB that I hope cops are watching because it's scary that she gets away with it.
