Remove Markley Dennis

Please take The Honorable Judge Markley Dennis off this case and put a judge that won't be bias who reviews just the facts and follows the law. Respectfully, afoc

Please have him recuse himself - this is a complete conflict of interest.

I am petitioning to remove Judge Rupert Markley Dennis Jr from the Case of Heather Elvis and am in favor of The Supreme Ct. of SC to appoint a new Judge in the case. Thank you.

Of course I will sign this. Everything about this case is wrong. SC is messed up. It's SO who you know here and how much money you have... I don't even know why they have ANY laws here. They are so slack about them. Disgusting.

This family has suffered enough! Why must they be hurt by the judicial system as well. Very scared at the direction the world is turning!

Same to me there was a little bit of favoritism. That should've never went to Charleston to see this judge that has connection with their family. The whole things a bad situation

I have followed this story from the beginning, as I lived in NMB, SC when Heather went missing and I have been astounded at the things this judge has allowed! This family needs justice and a judge willing to find it! God bless the Elvis family and my He bring their Heather home!!

I believe the Elvis family should have a judge preside that clearly does not have the possibility of a conflict of interest. No family should have to travel this distance for hearings.
