"The handshake " with a defendant is inappropriate and downright fraternizing with a criminal defendant.
This judge needs to be removed from the bench and disbarred.

After seeing what has happened through the Sydney Moorer kidnapping case I am shocked and appalled to how he was able to have this case. You should not know anyone involved because you can not and was not bias. Wow. Just wow. So shocked today with the outcome.

I find this very unprofessional and feel justice is not being served in this case. The judge has ties to the defendant and his family and I see that as a conflict of interest on behalf of the victim.

Let me also say that he allowed a friend of the defense atty sit in the jury and he asked the prosecutor to wrap up her closing argument. This is a circumstantial case. Mrs Livesay asked the judge to allow the court to play a video showing the whereabouts of the victim and defendant with regard to the timing of their phone calls. Not only did the judge not allow her to play this video, he yelled NO to her in front of the jury. He showed disrespect for the court
