He was shaking the defendant's hand in front of the family ! He also was clearly bias towards the Defense! Hated the prosecution, told the jury over and over its not good enough evidence, had a juror on the jury that was friends with the defense! Just a odd situation! Things never seen by a Judge before!

Though Judge R. Markley Dennis may be attempting to be impartial, it is imperative that future hearings regarding Heather Elvis's disappearance are unclouded with ANY potential for the appearance of bias.
The recent juror selection for the Sidney Moorer kidnapping trial (in which a juror personally known to the defense attorney was allowed to serve), Judge Dennis's shortness with prosecution (and the trial proceedings in general), and Judge Dennis's willingness to publicly shake hands with the defendant during the proceedings, have demonstrated the necessity of questioning whether the facilitation of this trial was truly impartial and neutral, regardless of his intent.

Please remove this judge from the Moorer case. He has shown many biases during the bond and court hearings. Justice can be served whether the verdict is innocent or guilty with a fair trial. He is allowed many decisions during this recent court proceeding to make an impact that is prejudice. Allow the law to work as it should.

The judge shaking the defendants hand after handing the case to the jurors is over the top. This judge is beyond biased. He needs to be removed ASAP!

To see this Judge walk over to the defendant, the accused kidnapper, and shake his hand was a disgrace and extremely disrespect to the victim's family. I would like to know if Judge Dennis walks over and shakes the hand of every defendant? I hardly doubt it. The handshake is the first of improper behavior on Judge Dennis' behalf. There is a long list of other examples. He should have been removed from this case a long time ago. What a huge waste of taxpayers money for this biased Judge to sit on this case. Please Please remove him so Lady Justice can work the way she should - in a court room without the Judge shaking hands with an accused kidnapper and without the Judge knowing the defendant's father from childhood and without the Judge allowing a juror who admitted being "friends with the defense attorney." Disgraceful and quite obvious. It's not over for Sidney Moorer. Not even close. Regardless of Judge Dennis - it is my belief that - Sidney Moorer will get what is coming to him sooner than later. It will happen. Not to mention it will, no doubt, happen again when he meets his maker.
