I would like to see justice for Heather Elvis. And since the case has moved to Charleston. I don't see it happening. And I live in Charleston. But to let them move to Florida. Just blows my mind.

Definitely a conflict of interest to have the judge and the defendant's father have been school mates. Makes the sudden allowance for bail look like a favor to a friend.

These hearings bieng held in Charlesron iare an injustice to the Elvis family and the community. As a legal citizen and tax payer I demand they are moved back to Horry county.

I'm not sure that anything else needs to be said... It's all in the body of the petition. It's time for justice for Heather. It's time for the focus to be on her. The Elvis family should not be victimized time and time again, especially by a judicial system that is in place to protect them from those who seek to do harm.
