The judge needs to be removed for a fair trial....clearly he hasn't been fair to the Elvis family and they deserve the proper treatment and trial!!!!!!!

This judge MUST leave this case. I have been following along and when they allowed the Moorer's bond and then let them leave the state, I KNEW and felt in my heart of hearts that something was VERY wrong, very very wrong. The Elvis family deserves better than this.

This has gone on long enough justice must be served. As of right now it hasn't so we the people want a change. The Elvis family has been put through hell on earth enough is enough. Changes need to be made. The judge in Charlestown Sc has no remorse and no heart in this matter. Take him off of this case soon as possible!!! Justice must be served in the court now not tomorrow or the next day but now! We the people are angry and annoyed by his actions.

He has made several poor decisions in this case.
