This judge has already proved that this will not be a fair trial. As a matter of fact, word on the street is that him even taking on this case is a conflict of interest.

The Elvis family has not known what happened to their daughter for two years! Not only do they not know what happened to her they have been taunted by the Moorer's and their supporters. With all that has been revealed about Judge Markley, he must be recused.

This is once again how broke our judicial system is. This judge should excuse himself if for no other reason than he has a connection to the accuseds family. If he was an honorable judge he would do so immediately.

Please consider the families feelings. I thought the justice system was to be sensitive to the victim & their families. When do the perpetrators & legal system trump the victims?

I would think based on these findings that the Judge would recuse himself. A trial and judge has to be impartial to both parties and this seems to be a possible conflict of interest. If the rights of the victims are not being upheld this could also pose a problem.

I feel the Elvis family have solid grounds and cause to have this judge removed from this case. I also feel the state should investigate this and hold Judge Dennis Jr in contempt accountable and punish him accordingly.
