The Elvis family has been suffering for nearly 2 years since Heather has been missing. It is time for the justice system to realize that, and uphold this family's constitutional rights. This is ridiculous that they have to lose more and more just because our legal system refuses to work with the victims, but yet gives the accusers everything.
