I pray for your family during this time of the year to have patience. These people that have in my opinion clearly committed this HORRIBLE act and the legal professionals allowing the gray areas of law to allow these 2 people to be FREE, is totally DISGUSTING!!! Trust! From this judges initial handshake with the defendant - to the lowering of their bond- to the list of things that go on and on - it is obvious he needs to recuse himself or be removed. It’s been blatent and a true miscarriage of justice!

This judge is far from impartial and the way he talked to the prosecutor in front of the jury (actually yelled NO at her when she asked to show evidence during her closing) and his shaking hands with the defendant while the jury was going out to deliberate is a sham. This judge should NOT be hearing trials and should be removed from the bench!
I also understand that the judge is a friend of the defendant's father, having attended school with him and one of the jurors that the judge refused to remove from the jury is a friend of the defense attorney.
This stinks to high heaven and I don't think this trial was fair at all.
I feel sorry for the Elvis family having to live through and witness this travesty of justice.

I had personal experience and yes he needs to be remove. Very nasty at the mouth to be a judge and he also dismiss my case for no apparent reason.

What kind of judge would allow two people accused of kidnapping and murder to move out of state on bail? Then he allowed a friend of the defense team remain on the jury! He needs to be gone, NOW!
