Even in a jury trial you are are asked if there is a connection. Surely the same laws apply to a Judge.

To avoid the appearance of impropriety, Judge Rupert Markley Dennis, Jr. should recuse himself (as he so swore to do on 08/04/2014). Also, if at all possible, the case should be heard in Horry County, where the victim lived and where her parents still live.

judge markley seems too friendly to the alledged quilty party. I was at the bond hearing that set them loose in society and something just didn't seem right. these two should not be allowed to get away with murder or allowed to even have an out of state bond since they only torment the victim's family on facebook and have a small circle of friends who join in the harassment. Does the constitution even exist anymore?
