I've thought something was not right from the beginning. Allowing the family vacation to Disney just sealed it.

There are people with lesser, non-violent crimes that get higher bonds than these people have. Not only are they charged with the heinous crime of murder, but they are also charged with kindnapping, obstruction of justice, indecent exposure, and fraud. It blows my mind that ANY judge would set the bond amount so low for such awful crimes, when there are people with much lesser charges who get much higher bonds than that. Now the accused murderers are gallavanting around Disney World and making false accusations against Heather's father and putting more hurt through the family. They have violated the gag order multiple times with no repercussions for their actions. These monsters need to be behind bars.

If this was a juror they would be released so the judge should be also.

It's the 'good ol boy' system working unfairly against the people because of 'who knows who.' It is not ok to abuse the system when you are in a position of authority. This is seems to be the norm is SC. It is unfair, and illegal.

I am so glad this petition has been started. I learned a few months ago that the judge was connected to the Moore family as a long time family friend. This is WRONG! Everything should be reversed after he recluses himself! Is there any type of prosecution for him for doing this when he knew all well he was a conflict of interest! Pass and share this to all you know and lets get this done. Justice for Heather!!! Prayers lifting up the Elvis family and friends and that God will see this is taken care of immediately!!

I totally agree that Judge Dennis should be removed from this immediately as it is in fact a conflict of interest. He never should have been involved in this case to start with, knowing that he knew the defendants family. ***REMOVE MARKLEY DENNIS***

The most concerning thing about this is the connection between the Judge and the accused. This alone should be enough to have him removed from this case.
