Even if there is no impropriety, there is the appearance of it with the connection between the judge and Moorer's father. Add the other points and the Elvis family is justified in their request. Another judge should preside over this case.

Too much corruption going on in our state already. We don't need a judge with obvious conflicts of interest presiding over this case. It's a matter of ethics and he should be held accountable.
