If there is any doubt as to whether the judge can preside over the case without being partial, he should be removed.

The fact that the judge specifically said to stay off social media and they are still on it making awful comments is beyond me! The moving to Florida is mind boggling. As well as the fact that they were denied bond numerous times & this judge let them out is disgusting.

As is often the case in the South, justice is measured more by WHO YOU KNOW, that WHAT YOU KNOW. This Judge is clearly unable to sit and judge fairly his childhood friend.

I agree with the Elvis family. A judge that knows a family member involved in the case should not be hearing this case and making any decision.
