I don't think it's right that the Elvis family has to travel to Charleston for the hearings, In fact, the whole situation isn't right.

I do not understand why or how the Moorers were allowed to work/live out of state as well as why the hearing/trial was post phoned indefinitely. Aren't laws created to help victims and survivors of victims? If the Moorers are innocent, prove it and drop all charges...and if they are not, have their hearing and face their crime!!!

Wonder how he would feel if it was his daughter that was murdered, and the judge did the same thing to the ones that murdered his daughter.

Remove him immediately. To grant those murderers bail was unconscionable..... To allow them to leave the state was insane. Thoughts and prayers to the Elvis family. I've been through the hell that you're going through when my sister was murdered. Please try to stay strong. Gd bless you....

It is appalling that these people were allowed to move to Florida given the circumstances. The deference they've been given is unbelievable while Heather's family has been made to suffer these past 2 years!

Why are they even out of prison? If they are out they should have an ankle bracelet on and a very tight area to be in. If the presiding judge had any morals and honesty, he should have immediately excused himself. In my opinion they all seem so crooked and no justice will be done. Wish the Elvis family all the best and will continue to pray for closure for you.

The judge definitely needs to b removed!! Wat Judge gives bond an then allows them to leave the state (murders)!!!
