This judge is a disgrace. He's more concerned about letting murderers go free than justice for the girl they murdered. If you watched the bond hearing all the way to end (even after it was over), you would hear him talking to someone afterwards about Sidney's family and about Sidney as a child. He didn't realize the microphones were still on and he was heard saying about how they were fishing and Sidney was worried someone would steal his stuff. He is friends with the Moorer family and has known Sidney since he was kid. That in itself is reason for him to be off the case.

He's done way too much in their favor that a murder suspect should NOT be allowed. He doesn't seem to know how to separate friend from foe.

Remove Judge Dennis-conflict of interest! He is making this a hardship on the Elvis'. The Moorer's shd never have been released from jail nor able to move to Florida! Obviously crooked judge!
