From the beginning of the evidence presented against the Moorers in the Heather Elvis case. We have probable cause that the Moorers did something terrible to this young woman. There is video of the truck driving away from the "crime scene" or the area in which Heather Elvis was last seen, and we have threatening emails. How this judge could ever have just let these two go and move away from the state is beyond me. Justice is not being served. Remove this person from this case as judge immediately!

With all due respect, it is my opinion that Judge Rupert Markley Dennis Jr. shows favoritism toward the suspects in the Heather Elvis case. I believe with all my heart he should be removed from this case due to the fact that he was school mates with one of the defendant's father! We need a fair Judge to represent this case that has drawn national attention! Where is Heather?

I question Judge Markley's ability to a fair trial on personal prejudice. He needs to be recused or disqualified. I believe Judge Markley to be biased in favor of one party, the accused Sidney Moore due to a personal relationship.

It doesn't make sense to me. Murderers get basically cheered on, can move to a different state, granted bond, and many other things... while the family of Heather Elvis gets shot down for everything and not only lost their daughter but they are about to loose a business and many other things that have made their life difficult just to be in court to find their daughter! Bring back the judge that made the correct choices & find some answers! #teamheather #prayers

Based on the time frame and the facts stated , said judge seems swayed towards the Moorers.
