Jerry Hancock case. Paul E Capps was released on $100,000.00 bond for the murder of Jerry Hancock. Jerry's mother was not allowed to make her full statement in court. Judge Dennis cut her short and told about the death of his great grandfather. Basically telling her to get over it.

I do believe this judge is corrupt. Since when does a judge shake hands with a criminal. Very disturbing. Is this judge related to Sidney Moorer?

I watched the trial and in my opinion Judge Dennis didn't like Livesay at all and actually shook hands with Sydney. I felt he was very bias.

This judge is horrible and should have recused himself. It's blatant in all forms that he was partial to the defense. Shame you judge!!
