Never in my life have i ever heard of accused murders being able to leave the state and go to Disney Really!!!! WOW '''' No remove this judge it seemed fishy now we understand why . It came from the swamp. He himself should be removed from this case and removed from the bench , He as good as lied knowing and growing up with the family. when he didn't say anything about is this not the reason it was moved out of horry county so it could be a fair trial.

This Judge should have never even started with this trial. He should have excused himself from the beginning. He has gone this far and made these decisions and he should be held accountable and legal action should be taken against him.

This is ridiculous, this trial has taken to long and the threats continue for the family and friends. Send the guilty to jail so the rest of us can rest.

Yes judge Rupert Markley Dennis jr. should recuse himself from the case...not only did he say that if the Moorers vilated his rules they would be pick up right away...read TM fb and she has talked about the elvis family and using SM fb to slander HE also talking about the case to SJ and other's...broke the gag order...plus at a grocery store within the 5 mile restriction of the Elvis family...why did they not get picked up for violating...And really why do they get to rub in the faces of the Elvis family that they spend days at Disney and the pics are plastered all over fb .... we are all here for one thing justice for Heather and closure for her mom dad brother and sister...my thoughts are with the Elvis family and the Moorers children. thank you

I agree this is very unfair, It certainly explains alot as to how suddenly they were given bond. I have never heard of defendants leaving the state like they are being allowed to do.

It is messed up how this family has been treated. All the while the killers are not only out of jail, but living in another State! ! I never heard of such a thing. We don't need a judge on the bench that let's killers but let's them run from what they done! !

I feel the Judge knowing the accused father of one of the suspects. It could compromise the outcome. Further more I would like to know if this type of thing happens . where you have 2 people accused of such a crime . That they are not only released on bond , but allowed to leave the State. Sounds strange to me .
