Not knowing any of the parties involved, this case has taken some turns which does make a concerned citizen question the fairness for the Elvis family.

If a person called for jury duty would get out for having a slanted opinion because of this fact, a judge most definitely shouldn't beable to rule. It is also ridiculous that the trials been postponed indefinitely and the accused murders are aloud to work and live several states away from the area in which they lived prior to the case. This is an unfair situation and should never occurred in the first place. When a judge has a connection to the accused family ( not matter the circumstances) he should not be aloud to rule on the case!

Any other Jury member is screened thoroughly to make sure they don't know the people being charged or their families. This judge needs revoked off the case for knowing Sydney ' s father. This family lost their daughter. They deserve justice and a fair unbiased case.

This family needs the best judge possible to help with this case and a judge that did not know either family before trial. They also should not have to travel so far. They need their income and they need justice. What if this was your daughter? I do not know these people but have kept up with this on news and media. My heart goes out to them and I would lose and spend every dollar I had also to put the person or persons away forever if this was my daughter but give them some slack and help make their life a little easier by preventing a long travel and a fair judge. I feel without a doubt you have the right people in jail and they should be cut no slack...its obvious with evidence u have these people in jail are involved with the dissapearance of this girl and its time for justice. God bless this family!
