Remove judge Markley from this case as he has seemed partial to the defendants and has undone everything previous Judge Johns tried to uphold from the day he was assigned to it. How can two judges be worlds apart on how they handle a case? It seems as though Judge Markley has something he's hiding. It is amazing the Moorers were told no social media, but they still use it to taunt the victims. They are breaking all the rules set forth and getting away with each violation!!

This Judge doesn't seem to take this case seriously. Why would He allow bail, allow the accused to travel out of state, to leave the state to find employment in Florida? Having any history with the accused's family is enough cause to warrant recusal.

This judge has been so lacks since day one. I understand moving the jury to another town but in reality you moved it closer to the convicted. You also dropped the charges where the accused could get bailed. I could live with that if I knew there was a reason. However this judge not only lifted that but allowed the family to move out of state. Not only are they accused of the crime of murder but also falsificationn of documents which also include charges against using state funds illegally? Wth? New judge & get this trial going!
