In no way should the Moorers been released from jail or allowed to live in Florida. Judge Markley Dennis Jr. should never have been allowed to preside in this case. In fact, this Judge needs to be removed from the bench completely because of his actions. He is an atrosity.

He should remove his self just for the simple fact that he knows the defendant's family..There's no way he will be fair..He let 2 people accused of kidnapping and murder out on bond and they're allowed to leaving the state..if that was anyone else they would be in jail..

Judge John clearly saw evidence at the bond hearing that the Moorer's are a flight risk and denied them bond. Now Judge Dennis sets a low bond and allows them to leave the state to look for work. Didn't Shonte' Jordan offer to give him a job? Would Judge Dennis allow this if his daughter had been murdered? With all of the violations and harassing the Moorer's have done he'd be doing our community and Florida a huge favor by locking them up again until their trial. Judge Dennis needs to be recused immediately, his poor judgement has put many people at risk.

Judge needs to be removed and the Moores should be required to return to South Carolina. Never heard of a murder case where the accused are allowed to move to another state to live and work.

he has no business on the bench when he lets criminals out on parole and then leave the state.. how many others has he let do this and we havent heard a thing about.. he has no business being a lawyer, oh wait he got paid the big bucks to help the criminals

Remove this judge from the case immediately. This man went to school with a person involved in the case making this an obvious issue. The country is watching this case. It is well known. Let them know we are all watching. This will NOT be swept under the carpet and kept quiet.
