The accused have more rights than the victim. I ca not believe they have been allowed to leave South Carolina. This is a reason people have lost respect in this judge.

As a former resident of Conway,SC I have seen first hand that some members of the judicial system have been know to favor the accused instead of the victim especially when the victim is female.

It is inappropriate for this judge to be over the case since he knows close relatives of the defendant.... Borderline unethical.

I can not believe he let these ppl have the opportunity 2 bond out & live elsewhere. It's a long way from Florida to SC. They say as a criminal u lose ur rights, apparently not in this case. This is absolutely ridiculous. This judge should NOT b on this case.

Do the right thing for family of child. Remove your self but before you do revoke modified court order to have killers return to state.
