Agree wholeheartedly with the concerns stated by the victims family and originators of this petition. I find the decision to allow the defendants to seek work out of state and go on with their personal freedoms unjust. The quest for justice by the victim's family has been painfully slow and unduly dragged out. Time for a new judge to be appointed that show some compassion towards the victims family and less so towards the accused.

I believe this case has been corrupted by this judge and he should be removed. If he was at all honest, he would have removed himself from this case.

To make sure and give this Family some kind of relief during this Tramatic Event, the Very least should be done! What would it hurt to have Another Judge step in. Thus Family Remains in Our Prayers

this is why the world is messed up judges that know people help them out that's why we have the jails over crowed because yall will put someone in jail for 2 years for 2 gs of pot but let killers go.. What a great world uh.

He needs to be removed because of knowing this defendant, he can not be fair in this case. The Moores should be in jail, not allowed to travel and be free.

Judges in the U.S. have too much immunity from their actions. Nobody should be above the law, especially those who are supposed to apply it and choose to further violate the victim's rights.

I was living in sc when this happen I cant believe this is still going on and you reward them by letting them go out of state this a out rage they need to be in prison

I am completely DISGUSTED in the incompetence of this judge, the courts, Horry County, and the entire state of South Carolina. I have seen more slander of the victim and her family online than facts or justice. It is SHAMEFUL.
