I have never know defendents in a murder case able to leave the state. Also I have seen FB comments from both Sydney and Tammy and I thought they were perhibitated to do that. Also if rumors are true that they both lost their jobs in Florida I would hope they are back in the state of SC. Seems to me they aren't reinforcing their bond requirements. Especially about Facebook and the drama they are continuing to occur! Get him off the bench. We want justice!

The Victim should have more Rights than the Criminals. The Moores should not have been released from jail to go on with there lives if nothing has happen. Lock them back up.

The fact ALONE that the judge knows the defendants family should be enough for him to recuse himself! And I ALWAYS thought it was crazy that 1) they were released on bond on MURDER charges & 2) they were allowed to moved 2 states away for work!! Smh!! Something fishy for sure!!!!

As a mother I would be out of my mind. I admire the strength of this family. Who ever heard of murder suspects being able to move out of state. Then to a state like Florida where ships leave port daily. Why is this practice not for others incarcerated here. Where is the justice. This family deserves answers and closure for their daughter.
