I think this Judge should be removed from this case and the family should not have to drive out of town to go to trials They should be held where crime was committed.

Having an impartial judge is critical in any type of court case. Just knowing the prior relationship was not fully disclosed when stepping into authority over the case is a huge red flag in my eyes.

They should have never been allowed to be let out on jail, let alone leave the state of SC. And this judge knowing those people, he should not be allowed to preside over anything involving this case.

This family has been through enough. They have done their research, and are entitled to their rights. If you sir as a Judge, sworn to uphold the laws set forth cannot do so, then you should not preside over this case.

Not only is this unconstitutional, it IS a conflict of interest. Get these people what they should absolutely be entitled to. Wake up people. Bring our constitution back to us or fight..thats it!!
