I just watched the 20/20 episode about Heather. I am so so sorry, those scumbags know exactly what happened to her, no questions asked. Our judicial system is such a mess and now I read this and it makes it worse! I’m praying for your family and hope y’all get the answers y’all deserve.

I too just set in court and witness this Judge show Bias against the prosecutor ,police department, Sled. He wouldn't listen to the prosecutor at all. He shut the prosecutor down from the opening statement, stating he would dismiss the case. In the end he did. The defendant was on her second DUI arrest, but this time someone died. The deceased was made as the bad person. Exactly what MADD stated would happen. I can fully understand your pain, as the deceased was my only Grandchild.
