Please remove this Judge. He is friends with the accused. he should have recused himself the minute he was handed this case. That's the honorable thing to do.

Nothing should be in question when it comes to such a case that has touched many lives. I am not one to judge anyone, but if it is your job, nothing should hinder your decisions. I knew Heather and she was a sweet, amazing young woman. The person responsible for justice in her disappearance, murder, or what ever they did to her, should be tried and punished for whatever they did. They are still alive and breathing. Why not Heather? Justice should be done to at least, let others know that this won't happen again, BY THE MAURERS.

Easy to look at the disgraceful way this judge has acted in a court of law where the lawless are able to be afforded more rights than the victim or the victims family. It is a black eye on the system to allow this judge to remain on the case or even to be a sitting judge. Remove him, reverse his decisions and find a judge with the ability to do the job fair and just.

I believe this judge should be removed from this case and give this family what they want and deserve and that's a judge who will do the right thing and give this family closure and these 2 should have never ever ever been able to be released on bond!!

its my belief if u r being tried for murder in any state guilty or not there should not be any bail for anybody regradless the family has gone through enough already my heart goes out to u all goodluck with everything
