It is way past time for this case to be resolved. They are out walking around this Christmas season. Whereas, Heather Elvis is dead. Do your job or let someone else do it.

Any perception of bias - especially in this case - should require any sitting judge to recuse him or herself from proceedings. Perception frequently becomes reality.

The judge needs to sit down and watch the video of the hearing. It is plain to see that he is being biased. Even a non professional person can see that. You need to step down. I hope further action is taken to remove you from this case and the bench as well.

It's unconstitutional and unfair to have a family friend of Sidney's to be the Judge over the murder trial for Sidney and his wife Tammy !!! I agree with Terry Elvis 100%!!!!!!

This case smelled of injustice from the beginning. Only in SC could an accused person waiting trial move to another state!!! Dennis needs to resign period.

I am appalled at how victims and their family's seem to have little or no rights - according to what I have just read - rarely enforced. I was a little outraged when I learned that the plaintiffs were allowed to move to a different state to seek employment. I have been deeply empathetic since the loss of your precious daughter. I have an 18 year old daughter, and I hate to think of how she could have been the one taken advantage of by a grown man who obviously mislead her. I don't care what she might have done, nothing warranted her untimely death. I pray that you and your family will get justice. My prayers are with you, and I am deeply sorry for your losses - emotion and financial.

I can't believe that the judge wouldn't just recuse himself from the trial. As a former schoolmate of the accused's father, I see his part in this trial as s conflict of interest.

There exists more than an appearance of impropriety. In the bond hearing, Dennis admitted connection to Moorer family.
