How does anyone expect this judge to be unbiased when he went to the same small high school as the defendant's father. This judge should have been upfront and explained that before even taking the case.

I hope since the Elvis family has to travel back and forth, the Moorer's, who I understand are now in Florida, also travel back and forth. This family needs justice. It is a conflict of interest for this judge!

This most definitely sounds like a conflict of interest. From the time the new judge came onto the case, I know a lot of people have questioned a lot of the decisions that have been made. It all makes a lot more sense now.

This family deserves justice. How do people like this go free while the victimized family continue to pay? A need for ankle monitors show reasonable doubt and they should be behind bars until their trial takes place!
