This! Is clearly! A conflict of interests! When a judge knows the defendant in any way! They surely! Have to remove themselves from any kind/type of case!!!

Seems there could be evidence of judicial misconduct and perhaps lead to an investigation and prosecution of the judge. Not knowing all the facts and only those that are presented in this filing.

This case has reached a point of unbelievable injustice already ! Words elude me when it comes to expressing the reckless and bizarre decisions this judge has made in favor of the Moorers. The Elvis family seem to be the most respectful citizens who are living the most painful scenario a parent could live. There is no time or place for a judge to be so irresponsible to give such liberties to a "family" who show little respect to anyone. They make a mockery of our legal system , publicly disrespect and threaten a grieving family and this judge not only lets them , he gives them permission. Enough!!!
Please replace this Judge! I personally feel he should be suspended for his careless disregard for equal justice . Continued Prayers for the Elvis Family

This case makes me so mad i cant even this ....its just as wrong as the Molly Miller Case.... The corruption is disgraceful. Thus judge needs remived from the case and the bench... Who the heck murders a girl, charged with it and mived to sunny Florida... They should be in jail ...omg its taken all i can to keep from exploding......

Please remove the judge immediately. He is pretty much allowing these murderers to walk amongst us and put the community in danger. Does he not care about this young girl who is missing ???? Think about her family ! They want justice ! We all do ! Place a judge that cares about heather as if she were his own daughter.
