Conway resident. Never met any of the parties involved but in the interest of justice and to avoid even a hint of prejudice, I think the judge should voluntarily recuse himself.

I am from the United Kingdom. I think the judge needs to be changed as he could be byast towards the accused. Miss Heather Elvis's family have been through enough and still have the awful agony of not knowing where there loved is. Please change this judge. God bless Heather and her family/friends

The judge should of never been able to proceed in any hearings involved in this case. He is close to the father of the man that was involved in the disappearance of heather.

This is unjust. Without the emotion playing into it and without knowing them personally, even if there is one inkling that this is unfair, it should be changed immediately. Give this family some respect and help them stay together and be able to go on to support their family.
