I myself have no personal experience of this pub so will not make comment on the person involved however the situation this petition relates to should be enough for the brewery to have a serious look at the manager - there really can be no excuse for doing that to a group of grieving people on a day that is already hard enough for them.

Very rude person with no customer service skills and definitely puts you off from going for a drink here. She was very nasty when I visited the pub with my young son, unlike the other Mitchell and Butler pubs which I found had a nice atmosphere

I was former employee at the tavern for 2 months I deserve a medal for lasting that long. She was horrid. She shouted in front of customers and knocked my confidence. I think she’s a bully. I’m very happy now in my bar job, been there a year and never dread going. Everyone is so friendly!! Fay you can bar me the place hold bad memories no sleep lost there

This lady is vile human being. She is to unstable to work in a bar let alone run one. I worked in the tavern where she bullied and intimidated. I’ve been in my current bar job ever since have had a pay rise and couldn’t be happier, what a difference. She is completely unprofessional

Yeah believe me isome of these comments are hilarious but we need the proper people to take notice of this petition and take it seriously if what we want is going to happen.
