Remove manager of Marston Green Tavern

I've only met her 1 time on xmas day & that was 1 day too many.What an arrogant RUDE gaffer & i don't drink & as long as she's the gaffer.I will NEVER go in the pub again.

I can tell u now Paul Curtis we as the family of the bereaved gave more respect to that woman than she deserved . It seems you feel the need to keep referring to us as low life ect to help your argument , however you are arguing this alone - nearly 500 people have signed this and there have been some very genuine comments about how people have been treated by this land lady - I’m sure not everyone of those is a barred drug user . So please practice what you preach and have some respect for people on this page .

TBF I have had no issues with Fay at all in all the years I’ve been coming to this pub. I think she is the best thing that has happened to the place in years. Just a shame the “locals” that currently use the pub are such low life and have no respect for the pub or anyone that ain’t in the click. I stopped using it for a while due to previous management. People of today need to gain some respect that drink in the MgT.

Disgrace!!!

She’s vile, we ordered food ages ago that should have came with a free drink but she said the offer didnt apply in her pub! An if we didn’t like it we could f**k off!

Absolutely shocked and disgusted by Faye’s behaviour yesterday .. needs to go..

Horrible women

As someone that has been drinking in this pub for many years it was disgusting to see what happened yesterday. I know many of you are having jokes on this page, but it is a serious matter and this manager needs to be gone. She has absolutely no interest in the local community and her attitude is disgusting. I will be making a complaint to the brewery, as on a number of occasions she has presented as drunk whilst serving behind the bar, which is totally unacceptable. A pub should be a place , where people go to relax and be treated with respect as paying customers. This manager is treating customers as though she is doing them a favour by serving , it’s an absolute embarrassment.

There are not many pubs around now, I have been in the pub a few times and I have to say she was rather rude when I complained that my food was cold, she replied with mouthful ,but she soon got a great answer back from me. I say get her out and get good caring staff who what to save our local pubs

Badly run pub at the best of times but to do what she did at a local’s funeral wake should leave her without a spot in the community

Don't use pub personally but alot friends do and always see or here about there complaint about Faye

Once told me my daughter was making to much mess and eating like an animal whilst we was having a meal ... my daughter was 1 !!! Nasty lady

Haven’t stepped in this place in 4yrs due to her unpleasant and unprofessional state! Hopefully this will become a lovely pub again once removed

I worked as a barmaid in The Marston Green Tavern and Fay was my manager. She bullied me, shouted at me in front of the customers and basically, made my working life “hell.” Eventually, I could no longer face going to work because Fay was so horrid to me. I lost all self esteem and became very depressed and needed medical attention. My doctor had to put me on antidepressants. I wanted to contact the brewery and report her but, I really didn’t think that my voice would be heard ! I now work as a barmaid elsewhere but my manager is that of what a manager should be. Great customer service skills and brilliant managerial knowledge ! Fay made me feel inadequate and in all fairness, her attitude is costing the brewery thousands
