Her attitude towards people and language is sickening, she’s never polite, not your typical friendly pub owner, she turns the slot machines off when she feels like it after watching everyone put their money in, and takes the winnings, steals charity money, takes people’s drinks off them for having a simple joke, she’s no manager she’s a bully and she is a burden to Marston Green.

as an ex publican I have always wondered how that thing got a licence to run one of the most popular pubs in our area. get her out and I am more than willing to apply for the licence of the establishment

Really cannot believe she can be so cruel letting us book the funeral and then on arrival at the pub she said she could not be bothered absolute disgrace did she really dislike my brother so much to do such a thing.

This comment is funny as most of you on here can’t even English properly. I ain’t (not Ent lol) “Rob” and I’m sure if this comment was true then the local authorities should have been called? Most of the comments on here are funny more than anything and shows how vile the people that drink in the Tavern actually are. Good on ya Fay- Ban them all is what I say and make the pub a friendlier place to be.
