she is rude to customers and she will ban people for no reason ive only used it a couple of times and never felt welcome in there

Fay is a nasty and aggressive person who doesn't deserve to have such a good job

No body should have to put up with abusive behaviour, especially from a manager of your local pub. So stop this now.

If what I was told about the actions of this woman is true she needs to be removed from her position.

Very rude and unprofessional went in there last year for a meal with my family and my disabled uncle when a light fitting fell on to his shoulder luckily missed his head as he has a brain injury from being hit by a car she wasn’t at all bothered just told him he didn’t have to pay for his 5 pound meal which he didn’t eat because it was disgusting anyway she didn’t even apologise that. Could of been a little baby it fell on

I have only been in the pub on 2 occasions. Bad vibes! This establishment never feels happy! Whatever happened to peace, love and happiness? Love thy neighbour. I’ve never known of a public house on such a low. Mitchell and Butler sort it out for the Marston Green Community, a lot of them grew up as children together

Not fit to run a pub

Absolute disgrace of a woman,I used to drink in there a lot and it used to be a lovely pub with a great atmosphere but since she took over it's worse than the Jocky in shameless...

Went in there for one drink and the service was disgusting I left after the first drink , slamming down my drink on the side and then throwing them money at me! I don’t give money for a drink for it to be thrown at me

She needs to go horrid old bat how can she live with herself doin what she did to that poor family I've heard her in action vile cow she is

I was at the funeral she was a disgrace, calling the the police for no reason what so ever, when it was pre arranged she’s disgusting hope she’s ashamed of what she did not a very nice person

This lady is highly unprofessional,I was laying some carpet at a nearby house and stopped here on my break to have a swift half and play the fruit machine. I seen her belittle her staff numerous times the hour I spent in there. There she was just watching me putting my money in the machine, I was gambling away having no major success when I stopped to look at the tv, I turn back she’s put a pound in and had my spin, won the jackpot, I wasn’t happy as this kinda escaped can get you killed in Vegas, she told me she was the manager and that I’m barred, luckily I’m from Sutton and was just on a job, but really unprofessional. I hope the relevant people take heed!

This petition loses impact, when people are being personal and throwing out cruel and crude insults. That aside, the whole arrangement for the funeral is appalling to think it was dismissed so glibly - shameful. I really feel for the family involved . I really wish the brewery would turn this establishment into a place where most residents would like to frequent. The current landlady seems to be attracting the wrong crowd and clearly shows any respect to staff or customers. Again shameful behaviour on a loves one funeral .

This has been my local for the last 8 years my dad ya drank there his whole life, and I can say I know every regular, as well as every bar staff she has hired, Faye has her favorites people she likes and dislikes, she tells me to drop dead and stop breathing as banter. I know that because we do get on, but her management and leadership skills are in question, she knows lads are on the woo every night, and they don’t get barred

Get rid

This women sounds vile! I once went in the pub when the football was on with my Wife, I can only imagine ‘fay’ is the women who appeared to be in charge at the time - belittling a group of young men who despite been slightly on the loud side due to England winning but done nothing else wrong. She was threatening barring various ones. Surely as a pub manager - she would expect a bit of banter?!
