Signed. I have no idea about the funeral and any related events but I have heard how rude this particular women has been to her staff and she’s happy to do it in front of an entire pub. Based on the one time event of seeing her in action I can only believe all the other comments.

I believe this women’s friends have turned on here to make it into a joke. It’s not one. Looking through the comments - her management skills need addressing. She should make a public apology. We are all human and all make errors. But the day of the funeral she should of apologised and dealt with it professionally - The issue is that this women clearly is not s professional person and it seems there are many issues with her behaviour in general

Makes you wonder if it is Faye and her friends making it look like a joke?! Because it’s actually serious! The majority of these comments are genuine you can tell. This women has abused her position for years, she has upset to many people for no reason and made up her own rules. As a result, people don’t like or have any respect for her. She should hold her head in shame

Vile creature

A lot of people have turned this in to a laugh and a joke but the bottom line is she is a rude vile woman who needs to be dealt with it’s been going on for to long how she picks and chooses who is aloud in and who isn’t sorry but it shouldn’t work like that a creature who has tried to bully and her staff and customers get her out simple

This isn’t a bad village of used to be a bad pub. I agree the pub does need a strong manager but there’s a difference between strong and rude. There should be clear rules. Not just Faye deciding based on her present mood that day.

A bully to customers and staff. This needs to be taken seriouslly by management. Marston Green is a lovely village and locals should have a lovely welcoming local to enjoy food drinks and socailising. The women has no shame.

Women sounds like a right horrible person I worked in pubs before and yes you do come across some right horrible customers but you have to act professional and deal with situations accordingly clearly this women has no people or customer service skills

This whole approach is shocking. As a person in charge she should be aware the proper protocols to use when an issue arises. She messed up, she was fully aware there was a disco/ she just never sorted the licence to allow it and then to shrug her shoulders and state she couldn’t be bothered if lower than low. She should of apologised and taken steps to resolve the issue and prehaps this wouldn’t be of issue now.

I saw this page but it wasn’t until today when I witnessed first hand this woman’s aggressive behaviour. How does she have staff let alone customers

Rudest person I ever met

My old lady had pie and mash there the once, she was ill for 2 days in bed

Very rude ordered a meal and it was cold and not cooked

So today Fay has decided to put two doormen on the door to intimidate people . A lovely village where people should be going to have the Sunday dinner and instead due to such poor management it looks more like a pub from the ghetto. Disgrace !!

You can only get away with such rudeness for so long. It always catches up with you
