Remove Leena van Deventer from Victorian Women's Trust

She absolutely needs removing before she hurts more vulnerable women

Beggars belief. Not a petition signer generally but will make an exception for this.

The comments made by Leena van Deventer hurt and upset women survivors of abuse internationally. How this woman can be anywhere near any organisation concerning womens issues is an affront to ALL women. Death wishes and incitement to abuse of women, let alone a survivors of CSA and SA has no place in society, let alone by orgs that purport to support women. Disgraceful behaviour.

Leena van Deventer is an evil, miserable woman, and her reaction to a rape victim expressing distress at a man in a woman's survivor's group, is abhorrent. Get her off the board immediately.

Sex is biology, it is a fact. Gender identity is stereotyping. This is completely inappropriate for a board member to say

Absolutely shocking behaviour from Leena van Deventer and without doubt cause for dismissal before she can do more damage to the reputation of Victorian Women's Trust.

A person in a responsible position has the burden of speaking and behaving in a reasonable manner.

This woman has no place on this board, her hatred directed towards a female rape victim for simply standing up for a woman's legal right to single sex spaces is horrific, and shows nothing but contempt for the victim

No woman or girl should be abused for needing single sex spaces. Spouting violent rhetoric should barr anyone from holding any position of trust.

Depraved, that's what this Leena person is. And shame on Victorian Women's Trust for having this person on board. This level of maliciousness should be a crime.

Despicable person re-violating rape victims, trying to force them to put up with fetishistic males and calling them disgusting names. She doesn't belong anywhere near services for vulnerable women. Leena van Deventer protects rapists and hurts victims.

Ms van Deventer's comments would not be appropriate directed toward anyone. That they were directed toward a woman and a rape survivor is absolutely unconscionable.
