8pm Admin has threatened people who shared their grievances on this petition and signed it. Clearly no intent on resolving the moderating issues or willing to take on the feedback gracefully. Despite people commenting the petition was respectful and raised valid concerns The response was “ don’t care about your opinion” . It is very clear the group I have been a part of for many years has morphed into something that is simply never going to change and the women in charge of it unwilling to make things better.

One of the admins of the aforementioned group here. Just signing on to say hi and let you know I will be discussing your petition on the group tonight. You really need to get some perspective though. This is insane and anyone signing it needs to find a new home to moan about ranch dressing in. Grow up.
This is a bit cancel culture Ish and not my thing BUT having been on the receiving end of unpleasantness in the group I am signing this hoping the older admins will jump in and find new moderators for this group.
Seems to me they deleted their comments on the group so that would show they had something to hide with the way they were interacting with us. Still in the group but don’t use it anymore since it’s been poorly managed for a while now. Would love to make more use of it considering the 5k people in it but alas not worth the drama and smaller groups that have come out of this one because of this exact issue have been pretty good.
People have to really be over these antics to like me, come on here to sign this petition. The group is highly scrutinized and admins do very little when posts are reported and do have overall a really unpleasant way about them when issues arise.
Some “dirty deleting“ as they warned us of went on in that group to quickly cover tracks.... not sure these girls are the right kind of people for such a big group of people.
Yep, been a nightmare in that group for a while now and seems to be the same 2 causing the problem. I never comment or post anymore and just use the other groups.

No other way to fix the moderation issue on this group but by petition- that’s how sad this is. Hope Lara and Amanda are reading the comments. Although unpleasant none are actually too awful But just much needed feedback that has not been able to be shared openly. Hopefully the group gains positively from this.
