She states things will be in the decision and then does not follow through. She’s incompetent, Distri spec full to outside parties of the county. She gives favoritism towards local lawyers. Once again states certain things will be in that decision and allows local lawyers to put in their closing arguments after the fact of the opposing counsel. Needs to look at the big picture and not show favoritism towards lawyer parents .

The court system in Oswego County (and that of New York State) is in such a broken down state. Perps are getting slaps on the wrist, prison times being reduced because of plea bargains, and this schmuck not having the best interest in the children's welfare. Shame on her. We need a recall election.

My son has been in court in front of this woman, place him on probation because he was behind in child support. Bear in mind that he pays for most of the children's clothing, and extra activities out of his own pocket. He brings it up in court and she says it is a gift. Son needed sneakers again this weekend and she refused to purchase them. She knows if she doesn't he will. She has not been fair and when the ex doesn't want him to visit she doesn't get a slap even on the wrist. She has never acted in the best interested of the any children from what I am reading. Please remove her from this position.

My family tried for years to adopt another family member living with drugs and horrible conditions around her, Kim decided to place her back in the home with the drug addicted parents who then later on shot up their own daughter while she was pregnant. Baby and mom are okay physically but this has lead to way more and another custody battle.

It is time to put someone on the bench that is there to help these children, to do what is in the best interest of the child. Not all people can nor want to be parents. They should be made to prove they can care for their children instead of being placed in harms way over and over again.

I dont know her nor do i have any aligations towards her myself. But on the off chance its true i'd feel just as guilty as her if i didn't sign and some poor kid was abused as a result.
