Remove Kim seagar from Oswego county family court judge

I'm currently going thru a case in which my youngest son's father( who currently is in prison for hurting my oldest son) needs to see his son. He's a huge danger to himself and all others

This woman personally had a hand in helping to destroy my children's lives. She refused to let me leave New York with my two teenage daughters despite the fact that their father, who lost custody for being inappropriate with his children, was an absentee parent. He had gone more than 40 weeks without seeing either of his children. He had been an absentee parent for more than 6 years. And despite the fact that both of my daughters wanted to move, she refused to allow it. By doing so she gave my ex-husband the time he needed to learn how to use parental alienation to his benefit (to wiggle out of paying support). My once fun-loving, kind, brilliant, talented daughters, who absolutely adored their stepfather are now living very dangerous lives. She refused to see the evidence. And she also determined that somehow my husband's income was more than enough to take care of my ex-husband's children ( which my husband was more than willing to do despite the fact that it was not his responsibility). My husband's income should have had nothing to do with my ex husband's responsibility to care for his children. She also erased $28,000 in medical support that was due to me by my ex-husband with no legal standing to do such. And my favorite decision by her was when she decided that $17.50 a week was enough to take care of two teenage children. This woman is a blemish on the family court system. She turns my stomach.

She and her husband has publically declared they don’t even like kids. Why is she in this job?

Absolutely horrible. I feel so bad for all these chikdren she has hurt.

Oswego " Family" courts have been a joke for many years! My son was placed with his Father after disclosing sexual abuse ,by him. Claiming that me , his Mother, was unfit due to being prescribed antidepressants after learning of the abuse. The Judges follow a pattern of neglect and abuse. If someone isn't brought in to help these babies and look out for their best interest, we will have several Erin Maxwell's, God rest her beautiful soul, and the number of pedophiles will never reduce. They are feeding the monster and have no recourse for their actions. They are more financially driven than anything, if the children are placed where they are safe , DSS and Family court will have no income. They need to think bigger ! These children's lives are at stake ! Someone needs to step in and correct these horrible Injustices!!! Save our babies !!

I've heard many bad stories about some of decisions she's made and that she keeps putting kids back in arms way. Se's got to go.

Please remove this judge. She is not acting in the best interest of children and families

Definitely remove her from office. She tried to make visitation happen for my abusive ex.

She needs to be fired immediately!

She clearly doesn't deserve her job she makes bad choices and doesn't think of the out come..

She forced me to let my children go with my ex who was fresh out of prison after 3 years. He sexually abused my daughter as a result.

She has put several children in harms way instead of doing whats in their best interest. She needs to be held accountable for her actions.

Never heard 1 good thing about her. Everything has been totally negative.

My child father has been violated on non payment of support 6 times and she let's lets him off every time with a warning!! Hasn't paid support since 2015!! Thanks for the warnings. That will help raise my (our) son.

I'm glad u don't live in Oswego county..I've heard a lot of bad things about this judge from people that went in front of her..she is allowing parents that do drugs have visits an or keep their children
