Please research previous cases before she runs more lives of children who need the best choice taken for cases of their custody. The parent is not always capable if they are in a situation with drugs and violence.

Gave the dad right to have my child near a child abuser and did not even listen to me at court and gave the dad any thing he asked for. She did not see the information that was at hand

I honestly cannot understand how someone who has NEVER raised a child can judge what the best interest of a child is. She needs to go!

Get her off the bench. She does not have the best interest of the children at heart. Gives them back to abusers, neglected and drug & alcohol abusers.

I've seen the pain that her "LAW" practices have caused the children of Oswego County... Despicable use of the legal system and her position within the Family Court System

Kim Seager is corrupt, she doesn't do her job as a judge, she doesn't look into the best interest of the children under her bench!! I have a seven year old step daughter who has been illegally placed in the care of her grandpa after her mother over dosed on heroin Infront of her children any other judge would have awarded emergency costudy to the other parent,. The parent that has been fighting for his daughter for five years! Meanwhile we've had to search for weeks for the mother went months with no contact I spent 3 years cleaning headlice out the child's hair caught scabies from the filthy homes the mother left the child. The child endored malnutrition, sexual assault, physical and emotional neglect, while in the custody of her mother!! And so much more, infact I could write a book!!

If she isn't doing her job , and letting kids go to bad situations then kick her ass to the curb!!! Get someone that can do the job!! So tired of Oswego county of not getting things done correctly it's about time to get people out of office who can't do their jobs and get people who care and will do right !!!

She is the one who said that i am able to see my son once a week then she changed it to once a mouth now i dont even get to see him
