This is a serious mental health issue which our laws do not protect against or cure. Releasing him into the public again, only demonstrates how weak our laws are against child predators. The petition should be about stricter sentences for these individuals. They are released into the public after committing many offences. Petiton the federal government to change the criminal code of canada.

Must start doing chemical castration on convicted sexual offender. They often rape again once they are out of jail. And our scociety allows it.

He needs to live in an area that has the services to police him. If the parole board isn't confident in his rehabilitation, why release him? I do not want a person who willingly admitted he WILL rape again & murder around my children.
