I don't live in that community but I have family and friends there and do not feel that Keith Constantin should be released from jail and that our government need to real do a overhaul on their laws, because nobody that shows threat to any person should be allowed to live among people. Why does there have to be another victim before he is isolated from the public again. When you break the law --YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!!!!

The S 810 peace bond that this man has signed is virtually useless. How will it be enforced 24 hours a day?
