High risk offenders should not be placed back into society. If he is high risk then put him back in jail. Why should children be put at risk of being victimized.

This is so absurd to put a threat like this in a community filled with children. Officials need to find a better way to deal with inhumane people like this. Safety should be the number one rights, especially the safety of children that would not be able to defend themselves.

Why would he be in a beautiful family oriented town.... U tell us to keep our eyes open for him... But that's not our job to do....I have two children under 5. So help me god if he ever came near my kids and house.
